Las tortitas de avena son una excelente opci\u00f3n si se busca una buena fuente de hidratos de carbono de absorci\u00f3n lenta, bajos en az\u00facar y altos en grasas y prote\u00edna. Sin embargo, la cantidad no debe ser excesiva, ya que son un alimento bastante cal\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n<p>Es aconsejable a\u00f1adir a las tortitas de avena alguna pieza de fruta que les proporcione un sabor dulce. Por supuesto, opciones como el cacao o la canela son excelentes agregados.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta receta se necesitan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15gr de avena<\/li>\n<li>3 claras<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de chocolate<\/li>\n<li>Vainilla (esencia)<\/li>\n<li>1 cdita de polvo de hornear<\/li>\n<li>Edulcorante a gusto<\/li>\n<li>Fritol\u00edn o aceite en aerosol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PASO 1-<\/strong> Primeramente se mezcla todos los ingredientes en una licuadora o procesadora, hasta \u00a0que todo este adherido y sea vuelva una masa consistente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PASO 2-<\/strong> Llevar a una sart\u00e9n lubricada (fritol\u00edn), y verter la cantidad necesaria para cubrir el fondo de la sart\u00e9n. No olvidar que la temperatura debe ser m\u00ednima para una correcta cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PASO 3-<\/strong> Cuando empieza a salir burbujas en la preparaci\u00f3n significa que es tiempo de dar vuelta y cocinarlo por un par de minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Hacerlo en batidora har\u00e1 que sea f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido, adem\u00e1s potenciar\u00e1 el sabor y conservar\u00e1 todas las propiedades de la avena. Acompa\u00f1arlas con fruta fresca ser\u00e1 una excelente decisi\u00f3n para tu salud.
