El agua es un nutriente esencial porque el organismo la necesita en cantidad de superiores a las que puede producir, estas necesidades dependen del peso corporal de cada persona y var\u00eda en cada etapa de la vida.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243; make_equal=&#8221;on&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;0px||0px|||&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Text&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para un adulto la cantidad de l\u00edquido suficiente para mantener el equilibrio h\u00eddrico, en condiciones normales de actividad y de temperatura del ambiente, se calcula en 1ml de agua por cada kilocalor\u00eda ingerida\u00b9. El equilibrio h\u00eddrico est\u00e1 determinado cuando la cantidad de agua que se ingiere es igual a la cantidad de l\u00edquido corporal que se elimina. El contenido total de agua de un hombre de 70 kg es de alrededor del 60% de su peso.<\/p>\n<p>El agua desempe\u00f1a diversas funciones en el cuerpo, dentro de las cuales las m\u00e1s relacionadas con la actividad f\u00edsica son:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Controlar la temperatura corporal.<\/li>\n<li>Permitir que los nutrientes puedan realizar sus funciones en forma correcta dentro del organismo.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Transportar los gl\u00f3bulos rojos con ox\u00edgeno hacia los m\u00fasculos.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Permitir que el Co\u00b2 y otros productos metab\u00f3licos sean eliminados del organismo.<\/li>\n<li>Regular la presi\u00f3n arterial para una funci\u00f3n cardiovascular adecuada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_css_main_element=&#8221;align-self: center;&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/alfredokaleniuszka.com\/natnutricion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/imagen_2023-12-10_111603878.png&#8221; title_text=&#8221;imagen_2023-12-10_111603878&#8243; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;0px||0px||false|false&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Agua y ejercicio<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Antes del ejercicio<\/strong> se recomienda seguir un plan de alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada en nutrientes e ingerir una cantidad de l\u00edquidos apropiada durante las 24 horas previas a un acontecimiento deportivo, en especial en las comidas previas a los entrenamientos, para promover una hidrataci\u00f3n adecuada antes del ejercicio o la competici\u00f3n. Se recomienda adem\u00e1s que los l\u00edquidos ingeridos est\u00e9n a una temperatura inferior a la del ambiente y que sean saborizados para favorecer su ingesti\u00f3n y con ella\u00a0 la reposici\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante pruebas de m\u00e1s de una hora de duraci\u00f3n se recomienda a\u00f1adir a la soluci\u00f3n de reposici\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos cantidades adecuadas de hidratos de carbono o electrolitos,\u00a0 o incluso ambos,\u00a0ya que no afectar\u00e1n en forma significativa el aporte de l\u00edquidos y mejorar\u00e1n el rendimiento\u00b9.\u00a0 En ejercicios que duren menos de una hora no parece que una soluci\u00f3n de hidratos de carbono y electrolitos sea m\u00e1s efectiva que el agua.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243; make_equal=&#8221;on&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;0px||0px||false|false&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_css_main_element=&#8221;align-self: center;&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo durante la pr\u00e1ctica de ejercicio intenso de m\u00e1s de una hora de duraci\u00f3n se recomienda consumir 30-60 gr\u00a0de hidratos de carbono cada hora,\u00a0 para mantener la oxidaci\u00f3n de \u00e9stos y retrasar la aparici\u00f3n de fatiga. Esta ingesti\u00f3n de hidratos de carbono se puede garantizar sin comprometer el aporte de l\u00edquidos,\u00a0bebiendo 600-1200ml\/h\u00a0 de soluciones que contengan un 4% a un 8% de hidratos de carbonos,\u00a0 utilizados en forma de glucosa o sacarosa o maltodextrinas.\u00a0En la actualidad,\u00a0se sugiere beber entre 400 a 800 ML de l\u00edquido por hora de actividad o bien guiarse por la sensaci\u00f3n de sed seg\u00fan la <em>ACSM (Colegio Americano del Deporte)\u00b9.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Luego del ejercicio<\/em> se sugiere ingerir una cantidad de l\u00edquido con aporte de sodio, que supere el d\u00e9ficit de peso corporal.
